Dan Chernoff's quick-set tenon jig

Hi Matthias,

Finally got around to finishing the tenoning jig in cherry. As you say, accuracy is very high and reproducible. Can't wait to try it.

Also, I wanted to mention that the self-aligning bronze bearings I got from Amazon are really useful to avoid the dreaded alignment problems you allude to on your website. Not too expensive either. Here's the

Now I have to get around to building the slot mortiser, which will probably get more use than the tenoning jig in my shop.

Regards,

Dan Chernoff
